Blue Gems ABA Promotes Greg Scott to Regional Clinical Director

Blue Gems ABA has announced the promotion of Greg Scott to Regional Clinical Director, expanding his clinical leadership responsibilities across Nebraska, Missouri, and Maryland. The promotion reflects Greg’s continued growth within the organization and Blue Gems ABA’s continued investment in clinical leadership as the organization grows.

Greg joined Blue Gems ABA in 2023 as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Missouri and later advanced to State Clinical Director. In that role, he became a trusted and well-liked leader among clinicians and colleagues, known for an approachable, collaborative style and a strong commitment to supporting his teams while maintaining high clinical standards.

As Regional Clinical Director, Greg will work closely with state clinical directors and the broader clinical leadership team to strengthen alignment across the three states, support consistent clinical practices, share effective systems and resources, and help ensure that teams have the clinical support needed as Blue Gems continues to expand.

“As Regional Clinical Director, I hope to create greater alignment across states, strengthen our clinical systems, and support consistent practices that help us provide the highest-quality services possible,” said Greg. “What has always stood out to me about Blue Gems is the commitment to continued growth and improvement. Just as importantly, our team is genuinely kind, supportive, and invested in one another. It is truly a great place to work.”

Greg’s promotion is part of a broader effort by Blue Gems ABA to strengthen clinical leadership across the organization. Recent leadership advancements, including the promotion of Hazel Fraiter to Chief Clinical Officer, reflect a continued investment in experienced clinical leaders, stronger support systems, and the infrastructure needed to maintain clinical excellence across a growing multi-state organization.

“Greg has earned the trust of the clinicians and leaders around him through the way he supports his teams, creates systems to support growth needs, and remedies challenges with individualized solutions,” said Hazel Fraiter, Chief Clinical Officer at Blue Gems ABA. “He understands the clinical needs firsthand, builds strong relationships, and brings a thoughtful and steady approach to leadership. As Blue Gems continues to grow, leaders like Greg will be important in helping maintain alignment, consistency, and a strong clinical culture across states.”

Greg’s progression from BCBA to State Clinical Director and now Regional Clinical Director underscores Blue Gems ABA’s commitment to developing leaders from within. In his new role, he will help strengthen coordination across Nebraska, Missouri, and Maryland while supporting the organization’s continued focus on high-quality, individualized care.
