Blue Gems ABA Names Patty Quan Director of Outcomes

Blue Gems ABA is proud to announce the appointment of Patty Quan as Director of Outcomes, a key leadership hire that reflects the organization’s continued investment in clinical excellence, accountability, and meaningful progress for the children and families it serves. 

As the ABA field continues to evolve, Blue Gems ABA is committed to not only delivering care, but to continually strengthening how care is measured, supported, and improved. The addition of a dedicated leader focused on outcomes and quality marks an important step in that effort, reinforcing Blue Gems’ focus on data-informed care, clinical consistency, and socially significant results across its programs. 

Patty joins Blue Gems with deep experience across the ABA landscape. She earned her bachelor’s degree from UC San Diego and her master’s degree from the University of the Pacific and has built her career leading clinical teams across in-home, residential, school, and clinic-based settings, serving children, teens, and adults. Most recently, Patty worked with TRICARE, supervising operations for the Autism Care Demonstration and helping military families access ABA services. 

Throughout her career, Patty has focused on building systems that strengthen care delivery and improve quality across teams. Her work has included developing data systems, analyzing treatment trends, and creating trainings that drive greater consistency, accountability, and clinical effectiveness. 

In her new role at Blue Gems ABA, Patty will help lead the organization’s focus on outcomes and quality, with an emphasis on ensuring that care is thoughtful, measurable, and centered on meaningful progress for clients and families.
