Promotion expands clinical leadership across Massachusetts and Utah and reflects Blue Gems ABA’s continued investment in clinical excellence and leadership development

Blue Gems ABA is pleased to announce the promotion of Andrea Kramer to Regional Clinical Director, where she will support clinical leadership across Massachusetts and Utah, continuing the organization’s investment in strong clinical leadership and the development of leaders from within.

Andrea joined Blue Gems ABA in Utah in 2024 as a case BCBA and quickly took on additional leadership responsibilities. She went on to serve as Utah’s BCBA Mentor and later Clinical Director. In 2025, she expanded her involvement with Blue Gems by serving as a Lead BCBA supporting teams in Kansas and Missouri.

Throughout her time with Blue Gems, Andrea has built a reputation as a highly collaborative and supportive clinical leader, with a strong focus on helping clinicians grow while ensuring families continue to receive timely, high-quality care.

“I am proud of all of the clients reaching their milestones and all of the collaboration and care that has gone into getting them there by our wonderful team of clinicians,” said Andrea.

For Andrea, that collaboration has also been central to her own professional growth.

“The most meaningful part of my journey and overall growth here has been the opportunities to learn and grow with fellow clinicians,” she said. “There’s not a day that goes by that we are not learning, teaching, and growing together.”

In her new role as Regional Clinical Director, Andrea will support clinical leadership across Massachusetts and Utah. She will work closely with clinical and operational leaders to strengthen collaboration, support consistency across teams, and help clinicians feel confident and supported in their day-to-day work.

“I am most excited to continue supporting clinicians, learning the different needs of another region, and collaborating with our other amazing and supportive departments,” Andrea said. “I hope to continue the mission of ensuring all clinicians feel supported and confident in their day-to-day work, while also increasing accessibility and timeliness of quality care.”

Andrea’s promotion is part of Blue Gems ABA’s continued investment in its clinical leadership structure as the organization grows. That investment includes creating opportunities for experienced clinicians to advance into leadership roles, strengthening support across markets, and ensuring that the organization’s clinical infrastructure continues to grow alongside the number of families and clinicians it serves.

Andrea said one of the qualities that has stood out most throughout her time at Blue Gems is the organization’s emphasis on teamwork across departments.

“There is a genuine sense of teamwork across departments, with everyone working together toward a shared goal of providing access to high-quality clinical care,” she said. “I really appreciate the open communication, willingness to support one another, and shared commitment to making a meaningful impact. Collaboration is not just talked about, it is demonstrated in the way we work together every day.”
