Blue Gems ABA Names Hazel Fraiter Chief Clinical Officer 

Internal promotion underscores Blue Gems ABA’s continued investment in clinical leadership and excellence in care. 

July 17, 2026. Blue Gems ABA today announced the promotion of Hazel Fraiter to Chief Clinical Officer, recognizing her leadership, clinical expertise, and impact on the organization over the past four and a half years. 

In her new role, Hazel will lead Blue Gems ABA’s clinical vision and strategy, helping guide the continued development of clinical leaders, programs, standards, and systems of care as the organization grows. 

With more than a decade of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, Hazel has dedicated her career to individualized and compassionate care for individuals with diverse needs. Throughout her career, she has provided leadership and thoughtful direction to Clinical Directors, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians, and administrative professionals, with a focus on clinical excellence, accountability, and continuous growth. 

Hazel is known for a leadership style rooted in authentic human connection. She brings humor, relatability, mentorship, and genuine relationships into the development of leaders and teams while maintaining a strong focus on ethical practice and meaningful, sustainable outcomes for clients and families.

The organization is currently developing and expanding a series of leadership positions focused on clinical excellence, quality, compliance, and team support, with additional leadership announcements expected in the coming weeks. 

As Chief Clinical Officer, Hazel will work closely with Blue Gems ABA’s executive, compliance, and operational leaders to ensure clinical teams have the leadership, training, systems, and resources needed to provide compassionate, evidence-based care centered on client dignity, family partnership, and meaningful outcomes.
