That’s why we created the NextGen BCBA Program, a hands-on, heart-forward training experience for aspiring BCBAs who are just starting their journey.
We remember what it felt like to be in your shoes: passionate, eager, and maybe a little overwhelmed. So we built a program that gives graduate students the chance to grow with real-life experience, supportive mentors, and a community that genuinely cares.
In our program, BCBA candidates are never just checking boxes for supervision hours.
They're learning how to:
- Apply their coursework to actual clinical situations
- Make ethical decisions with confidence
- Understand the certification process without getting lost in the weeds
- Collaborate with caregivers, plan treatments, analyze data - and grow into the clinician they aspire to be
